Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool in an interior atrium. It's interesting to look at with trees and winding paths and small tables to sit at. The onsite restaurant was phenominal. I'll go back there even if we don't stay at the hotel.

The courtyard with all the water features and plants was amazing, we could even leave our balcony door open and listen to the waterfalls, very relaxing. Having the great Italian restaurant attached was also good as we did not have to go out searching for a restaurant.

The rooms are around a courtyard with a pool, greenery, and a breakfast facility which is beautiful! Breakfast must be purchased but the food was very tasty and service excellent. They brewed a pot of decaffeinated coffee for me which was spectacular. Because coffee is a special treat for me now, it has to be good and this was so enjoyable!

So many pillows with variety of soft and firm. Rain shower head and water pressure was incredible. There were plenty of towels. Staff was wonderful. Outlets were alright in terms of accessibility. Noise was insulated well so it was rather quiet throughout the night. When we had an issue, the staff and manager were quick to respond and fair with resolving the issue.

We haven't stayed in the Lodge for years and were very impressed with the upgrades. It is a beautiful hotel, inside and out. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and breakfast in the courtyard; our meals and service were excellent. The beds were very comfortable.
